Exploring the clinical efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lipknife cervical conectomy in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods. In control group,25 cases were treated with cervical conectomy. In the experimental group,25 cases were treated with Lipknife cervical conectomy. The therapeutic effect, operative related indexes and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment effectiveness rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the surgical related indicators were better than those of the control group. The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Loop electrosurgical excision procedure has a significant effect on the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, with high postoperative recovery efficiency and low complications. It can be used as a routine surgical form and is worthy of clinical promotion.
