Clinical effect of ultrasonic-assisted technique in surgical treatment of scar pregnancy
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ultrasonic-assisted technique in the surgical treatment of scar pregnancy. Methods 53 patients with scar pregnancy were selected and divided into experimental group(26 cases)and control group(27 cases)according to random number table method. The control group received traditional surgical treatment, and the experimental group received ultrasound assisted surgical treatment. The operation time, postoperative blood loss, postoperative recovery and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group, the postoperative blood loss was less than that of control group, and the postoperative recovery was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 29.6%in the control group and 7.7%in the experimental group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the surgical treatment of scar pregnancy, ultrasound assisted technology can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce postoperative blood loss, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of postoperative recovery of patients, which has clinical application value.
