Research progress on the impact of abnormal lipid metabolism in polycystic ovary syndrome on endometrial receptivity
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the most common reproductive endocrine disease in women of childbearing age.An increasing number of studies indicate that the pregnancy outcomes of PCOS patients are related to the impact of abnormal lipid metabolism on endometrial receptivity.This article reviews the relationship between endogenous cannabinoids,prostaglandins,lysophospholipids,sphingolipids,steroid hormones,and lipid factors in lipid metabolism of PCOS and endometrial receptivity.
