Research progress on the impact of chronic endometritis on female reproductive health
The incidence rate of chronic endometritis(CE)in women of childbearing age is high,the clinical symptoms are not significant,and the diagnostic criteria are not consistent,which is often ignored by clinicians.Endometrial microbial infection is the main cause of chronic endometritis,and the types of intrauterine microbial infections vary among different patients.Intrauterine microorganisms not only cause inflammatory reactions,but also affect embryo implantation,which is not conducive to maintaining pregnancy,leading to a series of pregnancy related diseases.This article mainly reviews the concept,diagnosis,epidemiology,risk factors,etiology,impact on reproduction,and diagnosis and treatment of reproductive related CE from the perspective of female reproductive health,providing reference for the prevention and treatment of CE.
