Research progress of vaginal microecological changes and pregnancy outcomes during pregnancy
There are various microbial colonizations in the vagina of healthy women, and dominant bacteria such as lactobacilli play a role in maintaining a balance in the acidity and alkalinity of the vagina. When the microecology is out of balance, the invasion of exogenous pathogens will easily lead to genital tract infection, which will lead to various infectious diseases and have a negative impact on women's normal life.Especially for pregnant women, infection of the reproductive tract can affect the normal growth and development of the fetus, and even lead to adverse events such as premature birth and premature rupture of membranes. This article reviews the changes in vaginal microbiota during pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes, aiming to explore the relationship between vaginal microbiota and pregnancy outcomes,in order to reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy events, improve maternal and infant safety, and provide reference for clinical practice.
