Analysis of the therapeutic effect of mifepristone combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of residual uterine cavity after abortion
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of mifepristone combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of residual uterine cavity after abortion. Methods 60 patients with residual uterine cavity diseases after abortion in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, each with 30 cases, using a random number table method. The control group was treated with mifepristone alone, while the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with dexmedetone.Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results The rehabilitation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than the 80.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of residual pregnancy in the uterine cavity after abortion using mifepristone combined with dexamethasone can accelerate the discharge of residual pregnancy, accelerate uterine recovery, improve treatment effectiveness, and reduce adverse reactions.
