Study on the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Huolong cupping combined with massage for postpartum rectus abdominis separation
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Huolong cupping combined with massage on postpartum rectus abdominis separation.Methods 130 parturients diagnosed with rectus abdominis separation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Huolong cupping,while the study group was treated with Huolong cupping combined with massage.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.46％,and the treatment effect was better than the control group's 69.23％,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);After treatment,the pain numerical scoring method score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the waist circumference of the study group was smaller than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huolong cupping and massage therapy for postpartum separation of the rectus abdominis has a significant therapeutic effect.It can reduce abdominal pain in parturients,gradually restore their waist circumference to the prenatal state,and help with the recovery of the rectus abdominis.It is worth applying.
