Clinical observation of hysteroscopy combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of ovulation disorders induced uterine bleeding
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding(AUB-O).Methods 80 AUB-O patients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,40 cases each, both groups underwent hysteroscopy examination.Group A received postoperative treatment with dydrogesterone tablets, while Group B received postoperative treatment with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system. The improvement of symptoms in both groups was observed, and hemoglobin levels, menstrual flow, endometrial thickness,VAS score, quality of life score, clinical efficacy, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment. Results The relief and disappearance time of abnormal uterine bleeding symptoms in Group B patients were significantly shorter than those in Group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in hemoglobin levels, menstrual flow, endometrial thickness,VAS scores, and quality of life scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After 1 month,3 months, and 6 months of treatment, the hemoglobin levels of both groups of patients significantly increased, and Group B was higher than Group A.The menstrual flow, endometrial thickness, and VAS score of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced, and Group B was lower than Group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the quality of life scores of both groups significantly increased, and Group B was higher than Group A,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in Group B was 92.50%,which was higher than Group A's 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in Group B was 20.00%,lower than Group A's 40.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system has more advantages in improving clinical symptoms, enhancing clinical efficacy, and reducing adverse reactions in AUB-O compared to hysteroscopy combined with dexmedetone tablets.
