Effect analysis of low-dose mifepristone in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding during menopause
Objective To explore the practical efficacy of low-dose mifepristone in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding during menopause(menopausal blood). Methods 58 patients with functional uterine bleeding during menopause were selected, and 29 patients with odd numbers were included in the basic group and 29 patients with even numbers were included in the additional group according to the drawing method.the basic group was treated with basic estradiol valerate, while the additional group received low-dose mifepristone in addition to the basic group.Compare the adverse reactions, clinical efficacy, and sex hormone indicators between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the baseline group and the additional group(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the addition group was 96.55%,which was higher than 72.41%of the base group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month of treatment, the clinical sex hormone indicators and endometrial thickness in the addition group were better than those in the base group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under low-dose mifepristone treatment, functional uterine bleeding during menopause has the effects of consolidating therapeutic effects, regulating sex hormone levels, and inhibiting endometrial thickening, which is worth promoting.
