The clinical effect of Guchong Zhixue Tang on the treatment of functional uterine bleeding with Qi Deficiency type in adolescence
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guchong Zhixue Tang on the treatment of functional uterine bleeding with Qi Deficiency type in adolescence.Methods 50 patients with functional uterine bleeding and qi deficiency during adolescence admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Divide into two groups according to different treatment plans,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the observation group was treated with Guchong Zhixue Tang.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00％,significantly higher than the control group's 76.00％,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The observation group had shorter bleeding control time and bleeding cessation time than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of Guchong Zhixue Tang to treat adolescent functional uterine bleeding with Qi deficiency has significant therapeutic effects and is worthy of promotion and application.
