The therapeutic effect of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To explore the clinical effect of introducing Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients.Method 68 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Divide into two groups according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine symptomatic treatment,on the basis of the control group,the experimental group was supplemented with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules for treatment.Compare the clinical treatment effects,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the TCM syndrome score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body,improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,enhance comprehensive therapeutic effects,and will not significantly increase adverse reactions.The patient acceptance is high,and it is worth promoting and applying clinically.
