Application observation of serum hormone combined with immune antibody detection in infertility screening
Objective To observe the actual effect of serum hormone combined with immune antibodies in infertility screening. Methods 120 infertile patients from our hospital were selected as the intervention group, and 120 individuals with normal reproductive function were included as the reference group during the same period.Serum hormone and immune antibody tests were conducted on them, and the test results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The serum hormone levels in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum hormone levels in patients with menstrual cycle disorders were higher than those with normal menstrual cycles, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum hormone levels in patients with low ovarian function were higher than those with normal ovarian function, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive detection rates of anti zona pellucida antibody(ZPAb),anti endometrial antibody(EmAb),anti cardiolipin antibody(ACAb),and anti chorionic gonadotropin antibody(AhAb)in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive detection rates of ZPAb,EmAb,ACAb and AhAb in secondary infertility immune antibodies were higher than those in primary infertility, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of serum hormones and immune antibodies for infertility screening is both effective and feasible. The combination of the two tests can effectively exert a synergistic effect, improve the detection rate of clinical infertility, lay the foundation for the development of later treatment work, and have high application value in clinical practice.
