The application value of DNA ploidy quantitative analysis,HPV detection, and liquid based cytology in screening cervical cancer
Objective To explore the application value of DNA ploidy quantitative analysis, human papillomavirus(HPV)detection, and liquid based cytology(TCT)detection in screening for cervical cancer.Method 120 cervical cancer screening patients were selected and subjected to DNA ploidy quantitative analysis,HPV testing, and TCT testing.Using pathological testing as the diagnostic gold standard, calculate and analyze the diagnostic efficacy of each testing method. Results The positive rates of DNA ploidy quantitative analysis,HPV detection, and TCT detection were 68.33%,71.67%,and 72.50%,respectively.The positive rate of combined detection was 70.83%.The sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of joint detection were higher than those of DNA ploidy quantitative analysis,HPV detection, and TCT detection(P<0.05);The diagnostic efficiency of joint testing is higher than that of DNA ploidy quantitative analysis,HPV detection, and TCT detection(P<0.05).Conclusion DNA ploidy quantitative analysis,HPV detection and TCT detection can effectively screen cervical cancer, but the combined detection and diagnosis are more effective, which can realize early detection and treatment of cervical cancer, reduce the incidence rate and mortality of cervical cancer, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
