A qualitative study on the application of phased goal teaching method combined with two-way evaluation and feedback mechanism in the teaching of midwifery practice in the delivery room
Objective To explore the application effect of the phased goal teaching method combined with a two-way evaluation feedback mechanism in delivery room internship teaching.Method 16 midwifery interns and 8 teaching instructors who interned in the delivery room of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.During the internship,a phased target teaching method combined with a two-way evaluation feedback method was used for analysis.Result Midwifery interns generally believe that delivery room internships have heavy tasks and fewer opportunities for practical delivery, but they can still gain a sense of achievement in the practical process. And the teaching teacher believes that currently students have strong self-awareness and significant personality differences, and they need to be taught according to their aptitude, strengthen communication and psychological education. Conclusion The application of phased target teaching method combined with bidirectional evaluation feedback mechanism in midwifery internship teaching is relatively feasible.Periodic evaluation can establish an interactive relationship between teaching and learning, enabling the teaching teacher to timely grasp the real situation of interns, adjust teaching plans, and improve teaching quality. It is a good clinical teaching management model.
