A study on the effect of predictive nursing in the application of osteoporosis in perimenopausal women
Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention on perimenopausal female patients. Methods 86 perimenopausal female patients in our department were selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing measures, while the observation group received predictive nursing services.Follow up for 6 months and compare the bone density, occurrence of osteoporosis, and self-efficacy between the two groups of patients. Results After the intervention, the bone density and lower limb muscle strength levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of osteoporosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the exercise efficacy score and calcium supplementation efficacy score were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive care for perimenopausal women can effectively reduce the incidence of osteoporosis, significantly improve their quality of life, and is worthy of clinical application.
