Application value of humanistic care nursing in chemotherapy treatment of ovarian cancer patients
Objective To explore the value of implementing humanistic care nursing in chemotherapy treatment for ovarian cancer patients.Methods 40 ovarian cancer patients in our hospital were selected by drawing lots and divided into two groups,each with 20 cases.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received nursing intervention based on the concept of humanistic care.The negative psychological emotions of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared,and their diet,sleep,self-care ability,treatment cooperation,and mental state were evaluated using a self-made functional state score.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The diet,sleep,self-care ability,treatment cooperation,and mental state scores of the observation group patients were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing humanistic care in chemotherapy for ovarian cancer patients can significantly improve their negative psychological and functional states,and has application and promotion value.
