Analysis of specific methods and effects of nursing intervention for pregnant women with diabetes and their newborns
Objective To analyze the specific methods and effects of nursing intervention for pregnant women with diabetes and their newborns.Methods 50 patients with gestational diabetes and their newborns in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the odd and even number of hospitalization numbers,25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given personalized nursing intervention.Compare the nursing satisfaction rates of two groups of patients.Results After the intervention,the satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention for pregnant diabetes patients and their newborns can better pay attention to the situation of newborns,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
