The application effect of humanized nursing in the operating room of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy
Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the operating room of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received humanized nursing care.The recovery time of rehabilitation indicators,psychological status before and after nursing care,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in the operating room of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy can shorten their hospitalization time,accelerate the recovery process,improve their psychological state,and enhance their quality of life.
