The application value of diverse psychological care in the care of cervical cancer patients
Objective To explore the application value of diverse psychological care in cervical cancer patients.Methods 60 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received diverse psychological care.The scores of negative emotions and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the negative emotion scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion scores of both groups of patients decreased compared to before nursing,and the negative emotion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of both groups of patients were higher than before nursing,and the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified psychological care is more comprehensive and comprehensive than conventional nursing measures,which can not only improve or even eliminate negative emotions in patients,but also improve the quality of life of cervical cancer patients after surgery,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
