Evaluation of cognitive nursing intervention in improving negative psychology of endometrial cancer chemotherapy patients
Objective To explore the improvement of negative psychology in patients with endometrial cancer undergoing chemotherapy after implementing cognitive nursing intervention.Methods 58 patients with endometrial cancer undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the double-blind method,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received cognitive nursing intervention.The scores of the self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life scale(QLQ-C30),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS score,SDS score,and QLQ-C30 score of both groups were better than before nursing;The SAS score,SDS score,and QLQ-C30 score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing cognitive nursing intervention for chemotherapy patients with endometrial cancer can help them better improve their negative psychological state,promote their quality of life,and also improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
