The impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative pain, recovery, and complications in patients undergoing hysteroscopic uterine surgery
Objective To explore the effect of implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing hysteroscopic uterine surgery. Methods Select 80 patients who underwent hysteroscopic uterine surgery in our hospital and divide them into two groups using a random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the study group received rapid rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group.Compare postoperative pain scores, rehabilitation indicators, and incidence of complications between two groups. Results The VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 24 hours,48 hours, and 72 hours after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The rehabilitation time of the research group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.50%,lower than the 12.50%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing can alleviate postoperative pain in patients undergoing hysteroscopic uterine surgery, promote the recovery process, reduce the incidence of complications, and meet the increasing clinical nursing needs and needs of patients. It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
