The effect of refined operating room nursing on temperature control and stress response in patients undergoing hysteroscopic resection surgery
Objective To explore the impact of refined operating room nursing on temperature control and stress response in patients undergoing hysteroscopic resection surgery. Methods 48 patients who underwent hysteroscopic resection surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups using the envelope method, with 24 cases in each group. The control group patients received routine care, while the observation group patients received refined operating room care.Compare the temperature levels and intraoperative stress response indicators(heart rate, mean arterial pressure)of two groups of patients before anesthesia,5 minutes of anesthesia,15 minutes of surgery, and after anesthesia and wakefulness. Results There was no statistically significant difference in body temperature between the two groups of patients before anesthesia and 5 minutes after anesthesia(P>0.05).The observation group had a higher body temperature at 15 minutes of surgery and after anesthesia than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had lower surgical center rate and average arterial pressure than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined operating room nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing hysteroscopic resection surgery has a significant effect, has a positive impact on patient temperature control and stress response, and can ensure the surgical effect of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
