Clinical effects of laparoscopic total hysterectomy combined with high-quality nursing care
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic total hysterectomy combined with high-quality nursing care. Methods 84 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, each with 42 cases, using a random number table method.Group A received routine nursing intervention, while Group B received high-quality nursing intervention. The scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),postoperative recovery time, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased compared to before nursing, and Group B was lower than Group A,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The first exhaust time, first time out of bed activity time, and hospitalization time of Group B were all shorter than those of Group A.The nursing satisfaction of Group B was higher than that of Group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic total hysterectomy combined with high-quality nursing can effectively regulate patient anxiety and depression, shorten postoperative recovery time, improve nursing satisfaction, and have clinical promotion value.
