The impact of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postpartum recovery and postpartum depression
Objective To explore the impact of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postpartum recovery and postpartum depression. Methods 416 parturients from our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 208 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention.Compare the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores, self rating depression scale(SDS)scores, postpartum recovery, and incidence of adverse events between two groups of postpartum women. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased compared to before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter pelvic entry time, lochia time, and lactation initiation time compared to the control group. The pelvic floor muscle tension was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive postpartum rehabilitation nursing can reduce postpartum anxiety and depression levels, promote recovery, and reduce the incidence of adverse events, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
