Value analysis of serum CA125,β-HCG,P in diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy
Objective To investigate serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA-125),free beta subunit human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),progesterone(progesterone),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA-125),free beta subunit human chorionic gonadotropin(progesterone),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA-125),free beta subunit human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA-125)P)The application value in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods A total of 45 EP patients in the EP group and 45 normal pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group.Serum levels of CA125,β-HCG and P were compared between the two groups.Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to evaluate the value of 3 indicators in diagnosing early ectopic pregnancy. Results The levels of CA-125,β-HCG and P in EP group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The optimal cutoff values of serum CA-125,β-HCG and P for the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy were 41 U/mL,14 304 mIU/mL and 18.34 ng/mL,respectively,and the area under ROC curve were 0.902,0.886 and 0.896,respectively.Conclusion The determination of serum CA-125,β-HCG and P levels is valuable for the differential diagnosis of EP and early normal intrauterine pregnancy. It is necessary to carry out the detection of CA-125,β-HCG and P levels, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
