Effect analysis of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy to prevent intrauterine adhesions after hysteroscopic operation
Objective To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy on preventing intrauterine adhesion after hysteroscopic surgery. Methods A total of 72 patients with hysteroscopic surgery were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the different postoperative treatment plan,36 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given Taohong Siwu decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy. The postoperative uterine shape recovery, uterine adhesion, menstrual volume improvement and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery rate of uterine cavity shape in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of intrauterine adhesions between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of menstrual volume in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy can effectively reduce the risk of intrauterine adhesions in patients after hysteroscopic surgery, improve clinical efficacy, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
