Comparison of clinical efficacy between obstetric painless delivery and conventional delivery
Objective To explore the effect of painless delivery in parturients. Methods A total of 100 cases of parturient women were selected as research objects and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group.Conventional vaginal delivery was used in the control group, and painless delivery was used in the study group. The duration of labor, postpartum blood loss, neonatal Apgar score and delivery mode were compared between the two groups. Results The first stage of labor, the second stage of labor, the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum blood loss of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 2h and 24h(P<0.05).Apgar scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group lmin and 5min after birth(P<0.05).The rate of natural childbirth in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Obstetric painless delivery can shorten labor time, reduce postpartum bleeding, increase Apgar score and natural delivery rate of newborns, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
