Analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of perinatal spouse support
Objective To understand the status quo of spouse support in the perinatal period of primipara,so as to effectively improve the degree of spouse support,improve the quality of perinatal care of primipara,and ensure the health of mother and child.Methods The perinatal spouses of 538 primipara were selected from a third-class hospital in Jinan City from January to December 2023 by convenience sampling method.A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the general data questionnaire,the spouse Support Scale of primipara and the general happiness scale.Results The perinatal spousal support score of 538 primiparas was(89.24±15.12)and the total happiness score was(82.41±9.14).Multiple offline regression analysis showed that education background,living condition,family economic monthly income,marriage age and general happiness were the influencing factors of parturient parturient spousal support perception(P＜0.05).Conclusion The perinatal spousal support of primipara was at a low level.Health care workers should focus on the perinatal spouses of primipara with low education,rural areas,low monthly family economic income,short marriage age and low overall happiness,so as to improve the perinatal spouse support and improve the quality of perinatal care of primipara.
