Evaluation of the effect of simple Foley urethral balloon plus propersen on cervical maturation induction in full-term pregnancy
Objective To investigate the effect of simple Foley catheter balloon plus propyl capsule in promoting cervical maturation and inducing labor in full-term pregnant women.Methods A total of 200 cases of full-term pregnant women were selected as research subjects and divided into study group and control group according to blind selection method,100 cases in each group.The study group received Foley urethral tube plus probesan and the control group received probesan.The effect of cervical maturation promotion,cervical Bishop score and delivery of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of cervical maturation promotion in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cervical Bishop score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the cervical Bishop score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The success rate of induced labor in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of forceps delivery between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The effect of simple Foley catheter balloon plus Pupurea on cervical maturation is ideal,the success rate of inducing labor is high,and the cesarean section rate is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
