Effect analysis of ear-point compression bean combined with septal moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness stagnation type
Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point compression bean+block moxibustion on patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold and dampness. Methods A total of 94 patients with cold and dampness primary dysmenorrhea were selected as research objects, and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment, and the research group was given auricular point pressure bean+septum moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score, pain degree, pain duration and dysmenorrhea symptom degree of the two groups were compared. Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, and the pain duration was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the COX dysmenorrhea symptom scale(CMSS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.62%,which was higher than that of the control group 74.47%(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of ear-point compression bean combined with moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea of cold and dampness is good, which can alleviate TCM syndromes, quickly eliminate symptoms, reduce pain and accelerate recovery of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
