Effect analysis of ethoestradiol cyproterone combined with aspirin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with recurrent abortion
Objective To investigate the effect of ethoestradiol cyproterone plus aspirin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)complicated with recurrent abortion(RSA).Methods A total of 80 patients with PCOS and RSA were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethoestradiol cyproterone,and the study group was treated with aspirin on the basis of the control group.The pregnancy outcomes,sex hormone levels,endometrial conditions and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The live birth rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in endometrial thickness and multilayer rate between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the rate of endometrial multilayer was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion ethoestradiol cyproterone combined with aspirin in the treatment of PCOS+RSA is effective,can improve the pregnancy outcome of patients,regulate the level of sex hormones,and is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
