Effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine directional transdrug therapy on gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecological malignant tumor operation
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine directed transdrug therapy on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with gynecological malignant tumor were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group by simple random method,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional therapy,and the observation group was treated with directed penetration therapy with traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group.The indexes of gastrointestinal function recovery and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sound,first anal exhaust time and first defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine on gastrointestinal function recovery of gynecological malignant tumor patients after operation is good,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and accelerate the recovery of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
