Effect analysis of hysteroscopic cold knife resection in the treatment of uterine submucous myoma
Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic resection of uterine submucous myoma. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with uterine submucous myoma were retrospectively studied, and they were divided into control group and study group according to different surgical methods, with 25 cases in each group.Hysteroscopic electrosurgical resection was performed in the control group and hysteroscopic cold surgical resection was performed in the study group. The perioperative situation, recurrence rate, pregnancy success rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, hospitalization time and menstrual recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of blood loss during operation was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in pregnancy success rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic cold knife resection for patients with uterine submucous myoma has better treatment effect, less trauma, shorter postoperative recovery time, higher safety, and advantages in recurrence risk and pregnancy outcome, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
