Effect analysis of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in laparoscopic hysterectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods A total of 58 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random sampling,29 cases in each group. The control group was given single general anesthesia, and the observation group was given epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia. The anesthetic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The onset time of anesthesia, recovery time of spontaneous respiration and recovery time of anesthesia in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia can improve the anesthesia effect and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
