Effect analysis of compound short-acting contraceptive in the treatment of post-abortion patients
Objective To investigate the effect of compound short-acting contraceptive in patients with abortion.Methods A total of 68 cases of abortion patients were selected as research objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given compound short-acting contraceptive.The mental health,contraceptive tolerance,quality of life and contraceptive effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in mental health scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,The psychological health score of the study group is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.90%(2/34)in the study group and 11.80%(4/34)in the control group,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the work and social scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in daily life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the unplanned pregnancy rate was 2.90%(1/34)in the study group and 5.90%(2/34)in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of compound short-acting contraceptive in the treatment of abortion patients is good,can improve the psychological state of patients,improve their quality of life,and good safety,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
