Effect analysis of Clomiphene citrate combined with human menopausal urinary gonadotropin in the treatment of infertility
Objective To investigate the effect of Clomiphene citrate combined with human menopausal urinary gonadotropin in the treatment of infertility.Methods A total of 78 cases of infertility patients were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to poker grouping method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with human menopausal urinary gonadotropin,and the study group was treated with clomiphene citrate on the basis of the control group.The sex hormone levels,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)and serum estradiol(E2)between two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,AMH,FSH,E2 and T levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and LH levels were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,ovulation rate and pregnancy success rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Clomiphene citrate combined with human menopausal urinary gonadotropin has a good effect on infertility patients,which can improve the level of sex hormone,ovulation rate and pregnancy success rate of patients,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
