Analysis of the effect of Ritodrine hydrochloride on uterine contraction and fetal preservation in the treatment of threatened preterm labor
Objective To investigate the effect of ritodrine hydrochloride on uterine contraction and fetal preservation in the treatment of threatened premature delivery. Methods A total of 60 patients with preterm prematurity were selected as research objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate. The study group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride, and the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the prolongation time of gestational week in the study group was better than that in the control group, the onset time of inhibition of uterine contraction was shorter than that in the control group, and the newborn weight was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment success rate was higher in the study group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of threatened premature delivery with ritodrine hydrochloride can increase the growth time of the fetus in the uterus and have effect in a short time.At the same time,it can increase the newborn weight and the success rate of fetal protection is higher, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
