Effect analysis of hysteroscopic surgery combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of endometrial polyps
Objective To investigate the effect of combined desdrogesterone therapy on patients with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic surgery. Methods A total of 50 patients with endometrial polyps were selected as research objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received hysteroscopic surgery, and the study group received dydrogesterone treatment on the basis of the control group. The endometrial thickness, menstrual blood loss assessment scale(PBAC)score and abnormal uterine bleeding before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in endometrial thickness and PBAC score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the study group was less than that of the control group, and the PBAC score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Three months after surgery, there was no significant difference in the incidence of abnormal uterine bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).5 months after operation, the incidence of abnormal uterine bleeding in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Desdrogesterone combined with hysteroscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of endometrial polyps, which can effectively regulate the expression of estrogen receptor, improve abnormal menstruation, reduce endometrial thickness, and reduce abnormal uterine bleeding, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
