Application value of conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy combined with synchronous chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer
Objective To investigate the application value of conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy combined with synchronous chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 122 patients with cervical cancer were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,61 cases in each group. The control group received chemotherapy with paclitaxel+cisplatin, and the observation group received conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy on the basis of chemotherapy in the control group. The therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The objective remission rate and disease control rate of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer patients can improve the overall therapeutic effect without increasing adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
