Effect of epidural block anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of epidural block anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 100 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with general anesthesia, and the observation group was treated with epidural block anesthesia combined with general anesthesia. The anesthetic effect, clinical indexes and pain of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05).The heart rate, extubation time and recovery time of observation group after anesthesia were better than those of control group(P<0.05).VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Epidural block anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the physiological indexes of patients, improve their quality of life, and promote postoperative recovery, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
