Analysis of clinical effect of laparoscopic vaginal stump suspension for prevention of vaginal apex prolapse after hysterectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic vaginal stump suspension in preventing vaginal tip prolapse after hysterectomy. Methods A total of 83 patients with hysterectomy were selected and divided into control group(n=41)and study group(n=42)according to random number table method. The control group underwent conventional operation, while the study group underwent laparoscopic vaginal stump suspension. The therapeutic effect, surgical indexes, postoperative complication rate and postoperative vaginal length were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time, postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of anterior and posterior vaginal wall in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic vaginal stump suspension is effective in the treatment of hysterectomy patients, which can prevent the related complications such as vaginal tip prolapse, and is conducive to reducing vaginal injury with higher safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
