Effect analysis of Nifedipine combined with labetalol in the treatment of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nifedipine combined with labetalol in the treatment of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy.Methods A total of 104 patients with hypertensive diseases in pregnancy were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine,and the study group was treated with nifedipine combined with labetalol.The blood pressure control and health status of pregnant women were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in physical fatigue,emotional state and blood test scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the physical fatigue,emotional state and blood test scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with labetalol can control blood pressure and improve the health status of pregnant women,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
