Analysis of the anesthetic effect of low dose combination of lumbar anesthesia and epidural block anesthesia in elderly women with cesarean section
Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose combined epidural anesthesia with lumbar anesthesia in elderly women with cesarean section and its influence on vital signs and complications. Methods A total of 50 old women with cesarean section were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given epidural anesthesia, and the study group was given low-dose combined epidural block anesthesia. The anesthetic effect, vital signs at different time points and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The onset time of anesthesia in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, the Bromage score was higher than that in the control group, and the dosage of ephedrine was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before anesthesia, there was no significant difference in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05)at 5min after anesthesia,10min after anesthesia and fetal delivery. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of low-dose combination of lumbar anesthesia and epidural block anesthesia is better,it has little effect on the vital signs of the women and the incidence of complications is lower, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
