Effect analysis of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy
Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertensive diseases in pregnancy were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate, and the study group was treated with labetalol on the basis of the control group.Diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in DBP,SBP and MAP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of DBP,SBP and MAP in both groups were better than before treatment, and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol can improve blood pressure, reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and better protect maternal and infant health, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
