Analysis of the influence of personalized nutrition education on pregnancy complications,delivery mode and maternal and infant outcomes
Objective To explore the effects of personalized nutrition and health education on pregnancy complications,delivery mode and maternal and infant outcomes.Methods Pregnant women admitted from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the observation group,and pregnant women admitted from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with personalized nutrition health education intervention,while the control group was treated with routine intervention.The incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension,gestational diabetes,cesarean section,macrosomia and abnormal weight gain were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of gestational diabetes,cesarean section,macrosomia and weight gain abnormalities in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized nutrition and health education for pregnant women during pregnancy can significantly improve the dietary nutrition status of pregnant women,reduce the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension and gestational diabetes,increase the rate of natural childbirth,improve pregnancy outcomes,effectively control pregnant women's weight during pregnancy,and protect maternal and child health,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
