摘要
目的 探讨动态增强磁共振成像(MRI)在宫颈癌诊断中的临床价值.方法 选择36例宫颈癌患者,患者均经病理活检确诊为宫颈癌,接受MRI扫描.结果 MRI检查结果与病理结果比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);在不同时间下,正常组织与病变组织的ARSI均不同,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 动态增强MRI的宫颈癌诊断准确率较高,可以有效区分病灶部位与健康组织,能为临床治疗提供准确的图像数据,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 36 patients with cervical cancer were selected,all of whom were diagnosed with cervical cancer by pathological biopsy and received MRI scan.Results There was no significant difference between MRI and pathological results(P＞0.05).ARSI of normal tissue and pathological tissue were different at different time,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dynamic enhanced MRI has a high diagnostic accuracy of cervical cancer,can effectively distinguish the lesion site from the healthy tissue,and can provide accurate image data for clinical treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
