Value analysis of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology
Objective To investigate the clinical value of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute abdomen were selected as the study objects.Single transabdominal ultrasonography, single transvaginal ultrasonography and combined ultrasonography were performed on the patients respectively. The results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard for the examination of acute abdomen. Results The detection rate of acute abdomen by transvaginal ultrasonography was higher than that by transabdominal ultrasonography, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The detection rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound can provide a certain reference for the examination of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology, but there are shortcomings in both. The combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound has a higher accuracy in the examination of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
