阶梯式护理对剖宫产术后产妇心理状态的影响

摘要
目的 探讨阶梯式护理对剖宫产术后产妇心理状态的影响.方法 选择120例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例.对照组给予常规产科护理,观察组给予阶梯式护理,比较两组心理状态及母亲行为状态.结果 护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组接受期角色适应率低于对照组,释放期角色适应率高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组执行期角色适应率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 剖宫产术后采用阶梯式护理干预可有效改善产妇的心理状态,促进产妇的角色转换,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of step-type nursing on the mental state of parturients after cesarean section.Methods A total of 120 cases of cesarean section were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine obstetric care,and the observation group was given stepped care.The psychological state and mother behavior state of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The role adaptation rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at the acceptance stage and higher than that in the control group at the release stage(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in role adaptation rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The step nursing intervention after cesarean section can effectively improve the psychological state of parturients and promote the role transformation of parturients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
