The effect of step nursing on the transformation of maternal mental state after cesarean section
Objective To explore the effect of step-type nursing on the mental state of parturients after cesarean section. Methods A total of 120 cases of cesarean section were selected as research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine obstetric care, and the observation group was given stepped care. The psychological state and mother behavior state of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The role adaptation rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at the acceptance stage and higher than that in the control group at the release stage(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in role adaptation rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The step nursing intervention after cesarean section can effectively improve the psychological state of parturients and promote the role transformation of parturients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
