Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnant patients with hypothyroidism
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant patients with hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 60 pregnant patients with hypothyroidism were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention,and the thyroid function,psychological state and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the level of thyroid stimulating hormone in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the level of thyroid hormone was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the psychological status score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of preterm birth,cesarean section and pregnancy-induced hypertension in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant patients with hypothyroidism is better,which can improve thyroid function,regulate psychological state,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
