Effect of systematic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure on blood pressure level of patients with uterine fibroids complicated with hypertension
Objective To explore the value of systematic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure for patients with uterine fibroids complicated with hypertension. Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroids complicated with hypertension were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given systematic nursing intervention based on nursing procedures, and the blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the blood pressure level of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure can control the blood pressure of patients with uterine fibroids complicated with hypertension, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
